Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Domestic Flights  Any cancellation received within one (1) week hours prior to departure will incur a charge of 25% of the total charter quote plus any non refundable events such as crew ammenities (Hotels, rental cars, catering etc..). Any cancellation inside of 72 hours will not be refunded, and will result in acancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the contracted price/quote.
International Flights  Any cancellation received within within two (2) week hours prior to departure will incur acharge of 35% of the total charter quote plus any non refundable events such as crew ammenities (Hotels, rental cars, catering etc.. ). Any cancellation inside of one (1) week will not be refunded, and will result in a cancellation fee in theamount of 100% of the contracted price/quote.
Any Changes made to the flight itinerary within 96 hours prior to the departure time will result in a change fee and anew price total will be made based on those changes. Which will be the new price/quote?
Late showingpassengers (more than 30 minutes of the original departure time) will result in an additional wait fee. of $98.00/hour
